they look very nice!!
cant wait to buy a few cases and get my wildcard collection. the ablett wildcard is one which will rival the 2005 wildcards in the future. will expect the ablett to jump up over $100 when the series is released. hopefully for richmond there will be a cousins wildcard!!
hopefully they still have the silvers with 3 versions aswell. makes it fun to collect.

Good to see a fairly basic card design. I get sick of all the crap they put arount the edges on Basic sets. I am still waiting for someone to bring out a set like 1994 select.
The views in this story are those of the author and not necessarily those of the clubs or the AFL.

looks like another good set and I believe if they do away with the silvers it wont hurt too much as long as there is 1 star or magic wild per box they will sell well again. Making less to collect will definitely increase interest in the prize card sets. More players like the 2007 series (200 from memory) is a real possibility if no silvers are produced. For the record the croweater has put in his predictions for 2010 candidates for Star and Magic Wilds (guaranteed to get one right  )

Star Wildcard
Adelaide: Bernie Vince
Brisbane: Mitch Clark
Carlton: Matthew Kruezer
Collingwood: Dane Swan
Essendon: Jobe Watson
Fremantle: Adam McPhee
Geelong: Gary Ablett
Hawthorn: Sam Mitchell
Melbourne: Brad Green
North Melbourne: Brent Harvey
Port Adelaide: David Rodan
Richmond: Chris Newman
St Kilda: Leigh Montagna
Sydney: Jarrad McVeigh
West Coast: Matt Priddis
Western Bulldogs: Matthew Boyd

Magic Wildcard
Adelaide: Brett Burton
Brisbane: Daniel Rich
Carlton: Jarrad Waite
Collingwood: Alan Didak
Essendon: Angus Monfries
Fremantle: Paul Hasleby
Geelong: Travis Varcoe
Hawthorn: Xavier Ellis
Melbourne: Liam Jurrah
North Melbourne: Lindsay Thomas
Port Adelaide: Daniel Motlop
Richmond: Ben Cousins
St Kilda: Adam Schneider
Sydney: Rhyce Shaw
West Coast: Nick Naitanui
Western Bulldogs: Shaun Higgins

Hopefully havent repeated any that have appeared in previous releases and would be interested to see others predictions

They will be the same. Why change something that works well. Last year they added a Magic Wild. Which was good.
I like all cards silver, golds and Wildcards. Kids love them. This year l think there will be a bronze card, Captain or B&F.
I prefer these ahead of Select Champions.
Richmond Wildcards looks likely to be Cousins & Tambling.

for some reason ive never had any luck with teamcoach, i reckon in the last 3 years ive brought around 100 packs of teamcoach, never a full box, just a pack or 2 here and there, and never pulled a starwild or magic wild, only ever golds and gold b&f's. guess thats why i would prefer champions over teamcoach, just my bad luck. my mate brought 2 packs of teamcoach a year or 2 ago and pulled a goodwin starwild, i was so dirty on him coz its the only 2 packs he has ever brought!!!
guess what i just got............pics coming soon.
