Maybe:

Dear Carlton, you have been unsuccessful in our ballot, however rest assured we have sent your details to the successful people so they can bombard you with emails offering them at hugely inflated prices ... we hope you enjoyed waiting around for us to get back to you. but we have been busy dreaming up other ways to fleece you... regards.. ...

This is the first time that Select have really put out an expensive set so i dont begrudge them of that, there r people possibly making much more money than them with sale of inserts. I have personally wanted an expensive set but in packs this way u get the whole lot. Have u seen some of the prices of the US cards? Surely the Scanlens will come in more than a plastic hard see through box. Does anyone know how it will be presented?

Bloody hell imagine if they r damaged  Surely they will each be protected somehow. For extra authenticity each card has been glued or taped on some paper and ripped off to leave an everlasting impression

For those u would have to send back. There is no reason why they should be each card should be checked thoroughly for any floors especially at $2750.00

Doubt there would be an error but u never know. Part of the expense should include presentation and visual checking of each set , there is only 60 sets . Wonder if they come in a special folder?

lol absti ... you know i am sure people have them already.. and others will get them and wont even be in the ballot... i wish that it was done in a manner that you could be assured was totally equitable .. i would have liked to see it recorded and shown live on the website!! ...

they should have given us all numbers... then we could watch to see if our number was pulled... ok ... the number 1 set goes to ticket number 420, the number 2 goes to ... ticket number 20, etc... that would have been fair... but they couldnt do that.. cause they dont have 60 sets left lol
