There's a new initiative that the AFL is trying.
Its called how many top 22 players can you remove from your team
and still keep your place in the 8? (for half the season anyway..sliding now..)

I would love to thank Richmond football club for their support in this venture
and apologies to the VFL team who are supplying half of their team to go to play
Adelaide. The plot twist and suspense in guessing who will get injured this week
that we cant replace is amazing!!
Just when you think a midfielder hasnt gone down for a while, boom there you go like magic..
then a forward ,and hey presto..just like that..almost a full back 6 could be made up
of an injured defence..we cant lose whos not there... you just imagine it
and it becomes true..

I will go an each way bet tonight on an experienced player and a kid in the one game.. 12-1
500-1 The plane to Adelaide develops mechanical failure and crashes
300-1 A crack opens up in the middle of Adelaide oval and all the Richmond players fall in to it.
150-1 The whole team gets the flu
100-1 Member of coaching staff or Richmond runner
60-1 4 players
35-1 3 players
25-1 2 top players
5.50 only one player who we can replace..
1.15 very short odds on a clean bill of health..very little money coming in here.

Honorable mentions:St Kilda,Sydney,Gold Coast for their support of this initiative
Money talks but inserts Sparkle
