How very strange, and even more so after I have just been told that all the sets have been sold!

Did you question them much?

Is this to keep you quiet?

Thanks!

I really don't know whether it was to keep me quiet - not that I was going to make a lot of noise anyway - but it is certainly an interesting one.

By the way, John had last night offered me the Collingwood cards at a price I offered him, but I now think it would be fair if anyone else wanted those Collingwood ones then they could have the opportunity to buy them.

John's been a great help and support to me this past week, so I'm going to help him out with a donation as a way of thanks.

They've now been paid for and should be delivered tomorrow. Was told that I was one of "lucky few" to be offered a second chance as they were almost all paid for the first time around. Hard to know from talking to them whether my previous email had anything to do with getting a set now, but also hard to believe it wouldn't have either.

Well at least you got a set, well done. I think they may have kept your name on top for any set that wasnt paid for, if you can beleive that though.

I havent heard of anyone else yet getting a second chance.

I got mine today #14 wonder if the number was allocated when the sets were allocated as I am sure I was one of the last to pay up 3:30pm Friday for me.

Anyway I have a fair few of the cards still if interested, I am sure I probably missed a few private messages too.

pm or email me

I've received my set - #44.

After thinking about it for some time I've decided to sell off most of the cards and keep some players. I don't want to profit from my good fortune so have decided I will be listing the cards at a fair buy-it-now price to cover my costs, then will donate some of the proceeds to John and the rest to a charity.

I had most of them listed at $125 each, with a few at $150/$200. Lloyd was $350 and Cousins was $300.

Hi all. What happened to those cards which were pulled off eBay before end of auction? anyone know?. I suspect the lot were sold privately outside of eBay. Would be nice to know what price was achieved.
